I've been noticing more and more of a newer magazine called "Shop Smart", which is apparently put out by Consumer Reports. I thumbed through it at the grocery store this morning and it looks like it has some pretty good information in it. Having a well-monitored addiction to magazines, I felt compelled to buy it. However, I was feelin' frugal today and decided to "shop smart" and check it out online for FREE!!!
