Yesterday I tried a Blueberry Coffee Cake recipe from Cooking Light's Best of 2008 book. It was FANTASTIC -- if I do say so myself! I used the last of the frozen blueberries we had from picking at Soergel's last summer, but my berries did sink. I'm wondering if they would have stayed afloat in the batter if I had used fresh.....hmmmm.........

I've seen on tv that if you coat the blueberries in flour, they don't sink.
