Stargetbucks discovery!

So.........

I was in Target the other day and stopped by the Starbucks inside (what a genius place to stash a Starbucks, I might add). It was late afternoon and I ordered an iced green tea. When the nice Stargetbucks lady told me how much it was, I was somewhat startled. It was only like 2 bucks for a Venti (read: large)! Now some of you may be like: "Whoa. Hold on a minute, frugal girlie! Whaddya doin' shelling out for Fourbucks anyway??" My answer - I was thirsty, k? The 'Bucks is a little guilty pleasure. I ration myself on gift cards. (Fo' real.) Besides, $2 for a large iced green tea (with a hint of mint - yummy) isn't all that bad. You could spend $2 on a bottle of soda at the register.......or $2 on a large slushy (admit it, you've done it)......and some of you may have even spent $2 on bottled water (bought water?? *gasp!*).

Anyway, I struck up a convo with the Stargetbucks lady and she gave me a juicy little Targety tip about my yummy yummy green tea. Apparently, teas and regular coffee (not specials like lattes) in both hot and iced form are REFILLABLE for only 54 cents!!! How did I NOT know this???? She said she has people come and order their iced tea or coffee, stroll around and shop, then return before they leave for a refill to go! What a great idea! Again, it doesn't apply to fancy coffee (sorry - no refills on the pumpkin spice lattes, girls!), but what a great little piece of info, huh?
